Ms Navjot Chhina has been working with the Institute of Health & Management since 2018. She brings in over 9 years’ experience of leading, training, developing, and mentoring nursing and community health professionals. Recognised as a dynamic achiever with excellent interpersonal skills, Ms Chhina has experience within the Higher Education sector, private health sector and Registered Training Organizations (RTO’s). Her recent clinical experience is as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Oncology. She is passionate about Leadership and management, Course development and educational research.
